The frame is welded by 8mm steel plates and it adopts hollow welding process to facilitate heat dissipation and prevent thermal deformation.
The front beam is welded by 20mm steel plates，the rack groove and guide groove are processed by large gantry milling machine at one time to ensure the parallelism and straightness of machine and improve cutting accuracy.
The longitudinal drive adopts bilateral drive with built-in Japanese Panasonic 750W motors, the use of non-clearance soft fitting device can effectively reduce gear bite error, and also avoid excessive wear caused by iron chips .
The horizontal transmission adopts Japanese Panasonic 400W servo motor ,main torch drives auxiliary torch to move by steel wire rope. This transmission mode has low failure rate and strong torsion resistance. the steel wire rope is easier to replace and maintain than steel belt,and it will not excessively delay customer's construction period.
